An NHS service. Other criteria apply. If you usually pay for prescriptions, the standard charge applies to any medicine you're given. Earache in children needs an in-person check, so please visit a high-street pharmacy for that.

Switching to Push Pharmacy takes a few minutes. After that, we do the chasing for you.

We order your repeats
Where your GP surgery allows it, we request your repeat prescriptions for you. If not, we remind you when they're due.

A pharmacist checks every prescription. We tell you when it's received and when it's ready to send.

Most items arrive by Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging. Some areas get delivery from our own drivers.

Our NHS services are funded by the NHS. Everything is handled remotely by our pharmacists and dispensers, by phone, video call, email and online.
Pharmacy First by video
Get advice and, where suitable, NHS treatment for sinusitis, sore throat, shingles, impetigo, infected insect bites and urinary tract infections in women, by video call and without a GP appointment. Age limits and other criteria apply.

Who can use Push Pharmacy?
Anyone in England can use our NHS services. You just need to be registered with a GP practice in England. When you use us, you get:
- your medicines delivered to your home, your work, or someone you trust
- advice from our pharmacists by phone or video call
- reminders when your repeat prescriptions are due
- the freedom to choose any pharmacy, and to switch back at any time
We're an online pharmacy
Push Pharmacy is a distance selling pharmacy. We provide our NHS services remotely, so we can't offer face-to-face services or collections at our premises. If you need to see a pharmacist in person, any high-street pharmacy can help.
Delivery is free. You'll pay the usual NHS prescription charge for each item, unless you don't have to pay for prescriptions.

Frequently asked questions
How do I switch my prescriptions to Push Pharmacy?
Fill in our short sign-up form. A member of our team will contact you to talk through your medicines and arrange your first delivery.
You can also choose us as your nominated pharmacy yourself in the NHS App, or ask your GP surgery to change it for you.
Choosing a nominated pharmacy is optional, you can change it at any time, and you don't need a computer to do it. Just call us or your GP surgery.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No, delivery is free. You'll pay the standard NHS prescription charge for each item unless you're entitled to free prescriptions, just as you would at any pharmacy.
My GP surgery doesn't let pharmacies order my repeats. Can you still help?
Yes. Some surgeries don't allow pharmacies to order on your behalf. If that's the case, we can still remind you when your prescription is due. Order it from your surgery as usual and we'll deliver your medicines to you.
How are my items delivered?
Most medicines are sent by Royal Mail in plain, discreet packaging. In some areas we can deliver using our own drivers. We'll let you know when we send your items, and you may get a text or email on the day your parcel is due.
What happens if I'm not at home?
We can deliver to your workplace, a carer or a neighbour, or you can choose a safe place for us to leave your items. If nobody is in, a card will usually be left so you can arrange free redelivery.

A registered UK pharmacy
Push Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the independent regulator for pharmacies in Great Britain.
You can also check our Superintendent Pharmacist's registration, or search the GPhC register for the pharmacist on duty. All medicines are dispensed and labelled at our registered pharmacy.
