Get your free NHS flu vaccine
Flu can be serious, especially for older people and anyone with a long-term health condition. The flu vaccine is free on the NHS if you're more at risk. You can get it free if you:
- are 65 or over, or will be by 31 March 2027
- are 18 to 64 with certain long-term conditions, such as asthma needing a steroid inhaler, COPD, heart or kidney disease, or diabetes
- are pregnant
- live in a care home, are a main carer, or live with someone who has a weakened immune system
Most people can have it from 1 October 2026, or from 1 September if you're pregnant. Children are usually vaccinated at their GP surgery or at school: see the children's flu vaccine.
As an online pharmacy we can't give vaccinations at our premises, but our pharmacists are happy to help you check if you're eligible. Information from the NHS website.
