Freedom of information

Because we provide NHS services, you can ask us for information about those services under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

What's covered

The Freedom of Information Act covers information we hold about the NHS pharmacy services we provide. It doesn't cover our private services.

  • We'll reply within 20 working days.
  • We may refuse a request if dealing with it would cost more than the legal limit (currently £450, or 18 hours of work), or if another legal exemption applies. We'll explain why and help you narrow your request.
  • If you're unhappy with our response, ask us to review it. If you're still unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
