NHS services
Our NHS services are provided under our contract with the NHS and follow NHS rules, including on prescription charges and complaints. Using our website to sign up doesn't create a separate contract with us.
Private prescriptions
How it works
- You send us an enquiry using our private prescription form. This doesn't commit you to anything.
- We send you a price. It includes dispensing, any VAT and delivery.
- If you want to go ahead, you tell us and pay by card or bank transfer, and send us the original prescription, or ask your prescriber to send it electronically.
- Our pharmacist checks the prescription. Once they've approved it, we dispense your medicine and deliver it.
Our agreement with you is made when we confirm we'll dispense your prescription. If you notice a mistake in the details you've given us, tell us as soon as possible and we'll correct it.
When we can't supply
Our pharmacists must use their professional judgement. We may decline to supply if a prescription isn't valid, if we can't confirm it's genuine, or if supplying the medicine wouldn't be safe or appropriate for you. If this happens, we'll explain why and refund anything you've paid for items we don't supply.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel at any time before we dispense your medicine. Because medicines supplied on a prescription are exempt from the usual 14-day right to cancel online orders, we can't take back or refund medicines once they've been dispensed, unless something is wrong with them. Returned medicines can't be used again, but we can dispose of unwanted medicines safely for you.
This doesn't affect your legal rights, for example if a medicine is faulty or not as described.
Wholesale
Wholesale supplies are made by Push Healthcare Ltd under MHRA wholesale dealer's licence UK WDA(H) 51408, only to organisations that are legally allowed to receive medicines. Push Pharmacy doesn't supply medicines wholesale. These website terms don't cover wholesale supplies; we'll agree terms of trade with you before we supply.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, please see our feedback and complaints page.
Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you use the website or place an order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
