An NHS online pharmacy based in East London, looking after patients' prescriptions right across England.
Who we are
Push Healthcare Ltd was founded in 2017, and since 2019 we've been looking after NHS patients online as Push Pharmacy. We manage people's repeat prescriptions and deliver their medicines to their door, wherever they live in England.
We started Push Pharmacy for people who'd rather not queue at a pharmacy counter, who find it hard to get to one, or who are simply busy. Our aim hasn't changed: the right medicines, at the right time, every time.
Our team includes pharmacists, dispensing technicians and healthcare advisors. Our Superintendent Pharmacist, Imran Patel, is responsible for how the pharmacy is run.
What we care about
- Getting it right. A pharmacist checks every prescription before it leaves us.
- You never running out. We keep track of when your repeats are due, so you don't have to.
- Your privacy. Plain, discreet packaging, and secure NHS systems for your information.
- Real people. You can always talk to one of our pharmacists by phone or video call.
We're an online pharmacy
We're a distance selling pharmacy, which means we provide all our NHS services remotely: by phone, video call, email, online and by delivery. We can't see visitors or hand out medicines at our premises.
If you'd rather see a pharmacist in person, any high-street pharmacy can help, and you can switch your nominated pharmacy at any time.
Wholesale supply
Push Healthcare Ltd also runs a separate wholesale business, supplying medicines to pharmacies and other healthcare organisations under MHRA licence UK WDA(H) 51408. Push Pharmacy itself doesn't supply medicines wholesale.

Push Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the independent regulator for pharmacies in Great Britain.
You can also check our Superintendent Pharmacist's registration, or search the GPhC register for the pharmacist on duty. All medicines are dispensed and labelled at our registered pharmacy.
